Sign a 3-year photography agreement and we’ll waive student setup fees. Lock in a trusted photographer for fall and spring picture days, with nothing new to coordinate each year.
For parents
Love your co-op or micro school? Introduce us to your administrator. When your school books with Hester Creative, your student’s portrait is on us.

Questions
Yes. We set up a professional portrait studio wherever your group meets: a church hall, community center, classroom or rented space.
Your school commits to Hester Creative as its photographer for three school years, and in return we waive student setup fees. You get two picture days each school year, one in the fall and one in the spring. Either side can end the agreement with 60 days’ written notice before the next scheduled picture day.
After picture day, each family gets access to a private online gallery to view and order. A single portrait is $30, or get the full gallery with every shot from the session for $50. Coordinators never have to collect forms or payments.
We hold a retake day about one month after each picture day, in both the fall and the spring, for students who were absent or want a new photo.
Fill out the referral form with your administrator’s info. When your school books, we’ll provide one portrait for your student at no cost (a $30 value).
